Online Induction for Contractors
It is a requirement for all contractors before coming on-site to complete our Online Induction before carrying out any work.
Time Required: approx. 15min
There are 2 steps required to complete the online induction Step 1 to register the company, and Step 2 for each employee to complete the online induction.
STEP 1 – Registration Portal for contracting companies and sole traders (you will be required to upload your Public Liability Insurance). Register your company via – Online Induction Software and Online Induction System Australia (https://www.onlineinduction.com/stationsquareshoppingcentre/registercompany.php).
STEP 2 – Online Induction which will include a short assessment (sole traders ensure you use a different email to the one you registered under the company). Employee registration via – Online Induction (https://www.onlineinduction.com/stationsquareshoppingcentre/start.php)
– This presentation and information is aimed at helping you familiarise yourself into the workplace at Station Square Shopping Centre by giving you an introduction to general information on policies and procedures and expectations of contractors working on site.
– At the end of the induction, you will be able to save and print a Contractor Induction Certificate. Please ensure that you keep a copy for your records and bring a signed copy with you when attending site for the first time. If you are completing this induction as a Refresher, please bring your certificate when you next attend site.
– Persons who have not completed an induction are not permitted to work at the Centre or on the site. For those persons encountering technical difficulties arrangements can be made with the Centre Management Office to do a manual induction prior to commencing any work.
Please note in any case in which the requirements set out in this induction are not met, the Centre Management team reserves the right to insist that the contractor removes from site the person or persons in contravention of these rules.
